Account and data deletion
Organizers / platform users: use this form to request deletion of your CheckInOS account or erasure of personal data we control. Requests are emailed to our team; we verify identity and typically respond within 30 days.
Event attendees / ticket buyers: for data about an event (registration, ticket, check-in), contact the event organizer first—they control that data. You may also email events@checkinos.com and we will forward or assist the organizer where we act as processor.
